Garden Design

Problem
This family garden's lawn was suffering from shade and damp behind the old apple tree,
the family wanted to retain lawn and increase borders for a prettier year round display.

Solution
Insideout's solution was to use the existing slate patio as a starting point colour wise and
paint the boundary walls a receding dark gray and to much the darker damp areas under
and around the trampoline with a matching slate mulch. The borders were curved sinuously
and planted densely with a small palette of grasses perennials and evergreen lavenders.

Result
A tougher more family friendly garden but with something for everyone, lawn, planting and play.
