Alterations to a Four Bed Bungalow

Problem
This large house had a beautiful west facing garden however all working areas were
dark and embedded in centre of house. Access to the garden was through the much
unused conservatory.

Solution

Breaking down the inside wall of existing bedroom 2 and forming a new kitchen allowed
the conservatory become a new dining family room opening out onto the garden. The
old kitchen and utility room became the lost bedroom and a new family bathroom.

Result

Without altering the building footprint the garden was drawn into the house.
Both generations had their own living space bedrooms and bathroom.
