Design Advice
Problem
A small two up two down being modified needed to accommodate three generations, three bedrooms, respect elderly neighbour's properties, maximise light and use of space and make access to the south facing garden workable.
Solution
A large range of possibilities were discussed and explored over a period of weeks. Teasing out the nuances of requirements for all householders and using the plot and orientation to it's best advantage required persuasion, compromise and co-operation for all concerned.
Result
The final layout is flexible enough that the family can swap spaces to fulfil their optimum living requirements both now and in the future.
